Laura Swarthout, President
Laura brings a diverse professional background to the table. In high school, she immersed herself in Culinary Arts, aiming to become a chef and attend the Culinary Institute of America. However, recognizing the demanding chef lifestyle, she shifted gears and enlisted in the Army as a medic in 1987.
Stationed in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, Laura faced the challenges of early marriage and motherhood at 22. Undeterred, she financed her own nursing education through welfare, WIC, and the GI Bill, earning her degree in 1993. Beginning as a medical/surgical nurse, she later transitioned to the operating room.
Despite the fulfillment found in her work, achieving work/life balance became a hurdle. Laura transitioned to Corporate America but was drawn to the construction field due to her passion for hands-on creation. Inspired by her family's background, she designed and constructed homes, deriving satisfaction from tangible outcomes. Frustrations with finding quality tradesmen led her to establish Integrity Construction Services & Supply LLC.
The company's motto, "Do The Right Thing," mirrors Laura's unwavering commitment to honesty, dedication to quality, and a robust work ethic.

Bill brings over 30 years of expertise to the realms of residential and commercial construction. His proficiency spans Project Management, Superintendent roles, Takeoff & Estimating, and 3D Scanning. Holding an FAA license, Bill also excels as a drone photographer for both residential and commercial real estate.

Glenn, with over 30 years of management and hospitality expertise, along with three years in commercial construction, excels in 3D scanning with Matterport Pro 3 Cameras, having successfully scanned over 250 commercial buildings. He also offers meticulous Superintendent oversight for construction projects.
